摘　　要：知识经济时代的到来,使得"学会认知"成为现代人所必备的基本素质。自主学习能力培养就是帮助大学生"学会认知"并提升认知效果的切入点。因此了解学生自主学习能力现状及其影响因素是地方高校提高人才培养质量、提升学生就业竞争力与终身发展能力的关键。With the coming of knowledge economy era,＂learning to know＂ has become a basic ability for human being.The cultivation of self-directed learning ability is the starting point which can help students learning to know and improving the effects of learning.Investigating the current situation of undergraduate self-directed learning,analyzing the influent factors will be key point which local universities improve the personnel training quality.
