摘　　要：《国家间政治》围绕权力与和平展开,旨在揭示国际政治的本质——权力斗争,并探索缔造世界和平的途径。国家权力作为一个核心概念贯穿始终。国家权力是国家控制他国的思想和行动的权力。构成国家权力的要素,包括相对稳定的要素和不断变化的要素。而对国家权力进行客观真实的评估是不可能的。＂Politics among Nations＂ deals with power and peace,aiming to reveal the core of international politics,that is,power combat and to explore ways to create world peace.State power,as a core definition,is discussed from the beginning to the end.State power is a nation＇s power to control the ideology and action of other nations.Elements that compose state power include stable elements and changing elements.However,it is impossible to truly and objectively evaluate state power.
