摘　　要：目的:探讨纤维支气管镜(FB)下微波治疗气管内新生物的围术期护理方法及效果。方法:对25例气管内新生物患者实施FB微波治疗,并针对性地进行围术期心理疏导及护理。结果:25例患者均能主动配合,治疗后17例增殖部位消失,8例转为轻度狭窄、呼吸困难改善、肺复张,未发生大出血、支气管穿孔等并发症。结论:在FB微波治疗中,积极的围术期护理配合可提高患者主动性,保证手术的顺利进行,减少术后并发症的发生。Objective ： To explore the methods of perioperative nursing care in the treatment of patients with tracheal neoplasm with microwave therapy under fiberoptic bronchoscope and evaluate the curative effect. Methods ： 25 patients with tracheal neoplasm were treated with microwave therapy under fiberoptic hronchoscope and given targeted perioperative psychological intervention and nursing care. Results ：25 patients could cooperate actively ,proliferation part disappeared in 17 patients after treatment;8 patients were converted into mild stenosis, respiratory difficulties were alleviated and lung reexpanded, without the occurrence of hemorrhage and bronchial perforation. Conclusion：The effective perioperative nursing care can improve patient＇s initiative and ensure the smooth performance of operation so as to reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications in the treatment of tracheal neoplasm with microwave therapy under fiberoptie bronchoseope.
