省域副中心城市外语培训产业发展的资本突破——以宜昌市为例

摘　　要：该论文基于中国第一个规划的副省域中心城市——宜昌市的现状,分析和研究了以它为代表的这类城市的外语培训产业的现状与问题,提出了产业在资本运作方面的对策,有助于为同类城市的外语培训产业健康发展和全面建设提供参考。sing on the condition of Yichang which exists as the first planed sub-center city in China, this paper analyzed the current situation and problems of foreign language training industry, then brought forward the upgrade countermeasures in capital utilization development of the construction of similar cities and foreign language training.
