黑龙江森工国有林区循环经济的发展模式

摘　　要：森工国有林区循环经济的发展模式经历了“传统经济模式”、“过程末端治理模式”。作为一种新的经济模式，循环经济是现今林区经济发展的必由之路。本文引入循环经济内涵，分析了森工国有林区循环经济发展的实践模式，提出了今后为进一步提升循环经济发展所应构建的支撑保障措施。National forest regions the development mode of circular economy experienced a ＂traditional economy mode＂, ＂end of process management mode＂, as a new economic pattern,circular economy is the development of forest zone economy of the route one must take. This paper introduces the connotation of circular economy, analysed forestry of stateowned forest zone the development of circular economy practice mode, put forward to further enhance the development of circular economy should build the support measures.
