摘　　要：根据一卡通技术应用于高校图书馆的优势,从图书馆一卡通系统总体建设目标、设计原则、图书借阅管理系统等方面,详细阐述了图书馆一卡通系统工程建设的流程和方案。Based on the advantages of smart card technology in its application in university library,this paper expounds in detail the processes and schemes of the construction of library＇s smart card system from the overall construction goals,design principles,and books circulation management system,etc.of library＇s smart card system.
