摘　　要：随着数字化和信息化时代的到来,为读者服务仍然是图书馆立足之本。通过分析市级党校图书馆读者的信息需求,提出市级党校图书馆只有树立新的服务意识,拓展服务内容,开展特色服务,建立特色馆藏和实现信息资源共享,提高馆员的素质,才能更好地为读者提供信息服务。Along with the coming of the age of digitalization and informatization,the service for readers is still the base of the library.Through analyzing the information demands of the readers of municipal party school library,this paper points out that municipal Party school library,wanting to provide better information service for readers,must establish new service concepts,expand service contents,develop characteristic services,construct characteristic collections,realize information resources sharing,and improve librarians＇quality.
