摘　　要：开架借阅是图书馆现代化进程中的必然选择。总结了我馆在开架借阅工作中采取的管理措施,针对我馆开架借阅过程中存在问题,提出了若干关于完善开架借阅工作的建议。Open-shelves borrowing/reading is an inevitable selection of the library in the process of modernization.This paper sums up some management measures adopted by the library of Shanxi Chemical Design Institute,and in the light of some problems existing in the course of open-shelves borrowing/reading,puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the work of open-shelves borrowing/reading.
