前列舒宁胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎80例

摘　　要：目的观察自拟前列舒宁胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法 120例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组80例服用前列舒宁胶囊,每粒含生药0.5g。服法3次/日,4粒/次;对照组40例,服前列通瘀胶囊,5粒/次,3次/日。一月为一疗程,连续服药治疗2个疗程,并坚持随访1个月。观察治疗前后临床症状及EPS-WBC、EPS-卵磷脂小体数、NIH-CPSI各项评分等的变化。结果治疗组对临床症状及EPS-WBC、EPS-卵磷脂小体数、NIH-CPSI各项评分等有明显改善,治疗组的总有效率93.75%优于对照组80%(P<0.005),未发现有任何不良反应。结论前列舒宁胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效明显优于传统的对症治疗药物,具有较好的治疗依从性,为慢性前列腺炎的治疗提供了一条新途径。Abstract： Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qianllieshuning Capsule on chronic prostatitis patients. Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 80 patients in group were treated with the Qianllieshuning capsule, each pill containing the 0.5g of crude drug. Suggested 3 times a day, 4 pills each times; control group in which 40 cases were treated with Qianlietongyu capsules, 3 times a day, 5 pills each times. A month for a course, and lasted for 2 courses. All cases were followed-up for more than 1 month. The clinical symptoms and the score of EPS-the WBC, the body of the EPS-lecithin, the NIH-CPSI were observed. Rosatlts The clinical symptoms and the score of EPS-the WBC, number of EPS-lecithin, the NIH-CPSI improved significantly, The total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group higher than that of the control group, The total effective rate of which was 80% （13 〈0.005）,No abnormal reaction was observed. Conclusion The Qianllieshuning capsule is superior to traditional drugs for treatment chronic prostatitis. A new medicine was found out for the treatment of chronic prostatitis.
