Objective To study relations between serum sCD40L,IL-10 and occurrence and development of diabetes with the legs vascular complications.Method The research included 54 cases for the groups of diabetes non-the legs vascular complications,36 cases for the groups of diabetes with the legs vascular complications,ELISA method was used to determine serum sCD40L and IL-10 of the patients, while determine blood lipid and glycated hemoglobin. Results sCD40L lever of diabetes with the legs vascular complications group was significantly higher than diabetes non-the legs vascular complications,IL-10 level of diabetes with the legs vascular complications group was significantly lower than diabetes non-the legs vascular complications group.sCD40L was negatively correlated with IL-10.TG of diabetes with the legs vascular complications group was significantly higher than that of diabetes non the legs vascular complications, and there were no statistical difference in the TC,HDL,LDL,HbA1c of the diabetes with the legs vascular complications group compared with diabetes non-the legs vascular complications group. Conclusion Along with the progress of diabetic,sCD40L level was rising,IL-10 gradually declined.
