摘　　要：目的:探讨术前访视对经皮肾镜手术患者的影响。方法:将190例肾结石患者在给予常规术前护理的基础上,进行术前日的体位训练、心理护理等综合干预。结果:手术均顺利完成。结论:为经皮肾镜术患者进行有效的术前综合干预,能让患者保持良好的心理素质,且提高手术质量,利于术后康复。Objective：To discuss the effect of patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy who were implemented by preoperative interview.Method：Beside of the normal preoperative nursing care,190 cases with renal calculi were given posture training and psychological care.Result：All procedures were completed successfully.Conclusion：For percutaneous nephrolithotomy with effective preoperative intervention,allows patients to maintain a good psychological quality,and improve the operation quality,favorable postoperative rehabilitation.
