摘　　要：东南亚华商在我国改革开放与经济社会发展中发挥着重要投资者、桥梁和导向的作用。本文分析东南亚华商的经济实力、与我国的历史与现实的联系及东南亚华商创业的中小企业及其融资方式,重点对中小企业融资方式的法律环境及其法律体系的构建与完善进行分析。The Southeast Asian Chinese businessmen are playing important role of investor, bridge and guide in China＇s reform,opening-up and socio-economic development. This paper analyses the economic power of Chinese businessmen in Southeast Asia, the connection role between China and their host countries and their starting-up SMEs and financing method, focusing on the analysis of its legal environment, legal system structure and improvement.
