摘 要:提出一种简便、灵敏、选择测定卡维地洛(CV)的固体基质室温磷光法(SS-RTP)。所发展的方法是基于十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)增敏CV活化NaClO氧化苋菜红(A)反应而导致体系的室温磷光(RTP)的剧烈猝灭。与无SDBS时比较,体系的磷光增强度(ΔIp)增大17.5倍,并且CV含量在0.200-40.0 pg/mL范围内与ΔIp值成线性关系,相关系数(r)为0.9976,检出限为5.1×10 14g/mL(取样量为0.40μL),具有很高的灵敏度。此外,此灵敏的方法用于测定人血清中残留CV含量的测定,结果与同步荧光法.相吻合。该反应的活化能(E)与速率常数(k)为69.04 Kj/mol与3.580×10 4/s。This work proposes a simple and sensitive solid substrate-room temperature phosphorimetry (SS-RTP) for selective determination of carvediiol (CV). The developed method is based on the sensitizing effect of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) on CV to activate the oxidation between NaCIO and amaranth (A) resulting in the intense quenching of room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) of the system. Compared with non-SDBS system, the reducing value of phosphorescence intensity (A/p) with SDBS is 16.5 times higher and is directly proportional to the content of CV coveting a wide range of 0.200-40.0pg mL-l, with a low detection limit (LD) of 5. 1 ×10-14 g mL-1(sample volume: 0.40 μL). Additionally, this sensitive method has been applied to determine trace CV in human plasma, and results were analysed with synchronous fluorimetry (SF). The activation energy (E) and rate constant (k) of this activating reaction were 69.04 kJ mol-1 and 3.580×10-4 S-1.
