摘　　要：简·奥斯丁每部作品中都出现了性格鲜明、人格迥异的牧师形象。这些牧师形象的塑造不仅与西方基督教文化的长期影响有关,也与作家自身的宗教观念和宗教家庭背景等有着密切关系,透过这些牧师形象可以看出简.奥斯丁复杂的宗教情感——表面上的疏离超然,实质上在赞同与批判的矛盾中徘徊。Jane Austen characterized many priests with distinctive and different personalities in her novels. These characters were closely related with not only the long term influence of Western Christianity, but also the author＇s religious belief, and her religious familial circumstances. From these characters as priests, Jane Austen＇s complex religious emotion is shownhapparent alienation from Christianity, but in fact ambivalent emotion between general approval and limited criticism of it..
