EREB电外科工作站在腹腔镜全子宫切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用EREB电外科工作站进行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的方法及其优越性。方法对2009年10月-2012年6月35例患者使用EREB电外科工作站进行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术,并以同期30例使用双极电凝行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的患者作为对照组。结果两组手术均获成功,EREB电外科工作站组平均手术时间80 min,平均手术出血量50 ml,住院时间4 d;双极电凝组手术时间100 min,平均手术出血量80 ml,住院时间5 d;两组手术时间、手术出血量、住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),EREB电外科工作站手术组明显优于对照组。结论应用EREB电外科工作站进行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术是一种安全、可靠的术式,手术时间短,术中出血少,术后住院时间缩短,需熟练掌握腹腔镜操作技巧。Objective To explore the application of EREB electrosurgery station tbr total laparoscoplc hysterectomy and supe- riority of the method. Methods 35 patients underwent total laparoscopic hysterectomy using EREB electrosurgery station from 2009 October-2012 June and 30 patients who underwent total laparoscopic hysterectomy using bipolar electrosurgery were as con- trol group. Results Operation was succeeded in all patients of the two groups. Mean operation time for EREB groups were 80 mi- nutes,with mean 50 ml blood loss and 4 day of hospital stay. Mean operation time for bipolar electrosurgery group was 100 mi- nutes, with mean blood loss 80 ml and 5 day of hospital stay. Of the two groups of operation time, bleeding volume in operation, and duration of hospital stay, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The operation for total laparoscopic hysterectomy using EREB eleetrosurgery station was a safe and reliable operation with shorter operation time less bleeding, shorter hospital stay, the skills of laparoscopic operation was needed to master.
