老年高血压患者护理干预的效果观察及体会

摘　　要：目的探讨对老年高血压患者实施护理干预的效果及体会。方法选取2011年3月-2012年3月就诊的367例老年高血压患者,按其入院时间以随机方式分成观察组与对照组,两组患者均采取相同的药物降压基础治疗,观察组患者在此基础上同时在健康教育、用药、饮食、运动以及血压等方面实施护理干预,观察护理效果并进行对比分析。结果通过对所有患者进行为期1年的随访后,患者在对高血压的控制及预防方面均有了一定程度的认识,并在合理饮食、适当运动、按时服药、自我测量血压等方面均有明显的提升。与治疗前相比,观察两组老年患者平均收缩压改善情况,观察组(血压下降率24.38%)明显优于对照组(血压下降率16.50%),两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压患者实施护理干预,不但提高了其对高血压的正确认识、养成了正确健康的生活方式、明显降低血压水平、有效地控制了病情,还使其具有积极、愉悦的生活态度。因此,对老年高血压患者实施护理干预在临床医学上尤为重要,值得更深层次的推广。Objective To study the effects and experience of the implementation of care for elderly patients with high blood pressure intervention. Methods From March 2011 to March 2012,367 elderly patients with high blood pressure were enrolled, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups of patients were to take the same drug step-down foun- dation treatment, the observation group patients based on the health education, at the same time in the diet, exercise and medica- tion, such as blood pressure in the nursing intervention implementation, observation and nursing effect were compared and ana- lyzed. Results Through a year of follow-up, patients had a certain degree of understanding, and in reasonable diet, exercising, medicine on time, self measure blood pressure were significant improved. Compared with before treatment, two groups of elderly patients improved average systolic blood pressure, the observation group （blood pressure to drop rate 24.38% ） was much better than control group （blood pressure to drop rate 16.50% ）, two groups of contrast had a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Implement of the nursing intervention in elderly patients with high blood pressure can not only increase the correct understanding of hypertension, healthy lifestyle, obviously lower blood pressure level, effective control of the disease, but also make it have active, cheerful attitude of life. Therefore, for elderly patients with high blood pressure, the implementation of the nursing intervention was especially important in clinical medicine,it was worth a deeper level of promotion.
