摘　　要：目的:探讨熟地黄多糖对H22腹水瘤、S180肉瘤小鼠抑瘤作用及生存时间的影响。方法:观察熟地黄多糖对H22、S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率、生命延长率、肝/体比、脾脏指数等指标的影响。结果:与模型组比较,熟地黄多糖组抑瘤率、生命延长率、肝/体比、脾脏指数明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:熟地黄多糖能明显地抑制H22、S180肿瘤生长,延长荷瘤小鼠存活时间,并能保护小鼠的肝脏、脾脏和体质量。Objective：To explore the anti-tumor function and survival time of Radix Rehmanniae polysaccharides（RPS）on tumor-bearing mice.Method： Observe the RPS on tumor inhibition rate,life prolonging rate,liver and body weight ratio and spleen index of tumor-bearing mice.Result： Compared with the control group and RPS group the differences of tumor inhibition rate,life prolonging rate,liver and body weight ratio and spleen index were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： The RPS can inhibit S180 and H22 tumor growth effectively and prolong survival time of tumor-bearing mice in the meanwhile protect the mice＇s liver,spleen and weight.
