摘  要:分别对自然油循环变压器线圈水平油隙尺寸、线圈中有无导向设置、导向区个数以 及油流方向等多种因素对线圈温升分布,特别是对热点温升的影响规律进行了试验研究和 总结.油浸自冷、风冷变压器线圈设置导向结构有利于降低线圈的平均温升,但线圈最热 点温升却受线圈中导向区间个数、每个导向区线饼数、油流方向以及外部冷却条件等多种 因素的综合影响.Directed oil circulation is widely used in natural oil transformer winding. The flowing and heat transfer characteristics in it had not been clear. Experimental results of the temperature rise of an oil-filled natural convection transformer winding with directed-blockwashers are presented in this paper. A comprehensive test ',as performed using a non-inductive winding with imbedded thermocouples. The adoption of directed oil circulation is helped to reduce average temperature rise, while the hot-spot temperature rise is complicatedly fected by the amount of blockwashers in the winding, the parallel duct size, the number of discs in one pass and the direction of oil flow, etc.
