摘　　要：本文根据中国银监会发布的一系列银行资本监管要求,在回顾国内外研究成果的基础上,分析了我国上市商业银行的资本充足率现状,指出上市商业银行资本充足率提升途径存在的问题,并提出优化我国商业银行资本充足率提升途径的对策建议。According to the series of bank capital supervision requirements issued by China Banking Regulatory Commission, based on the achievement of research domestically and internationally, this paper analyzes the status quo of capital adequacy ratio of listed commercial banks, points out the existing problems of promoting the capital adequacy ratio of these listed commercial banks, and finally proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the approach of these ratios.
