摘　　要：介绍了由LabVIEW软件和程控仪器构成的自动化测试平台,使用PC与程控仪器串行通信,实现信号的自动化测试以及实时数据分析和图形显示。详细介绍了该测试平台的设计开发和应用方法,最后给出一个电子电路特性测试的实例。The automatic testing platform consisting of the LabVIEW software and programmable instrument is introduced in this paper. According to serial communication between PC and the Programmable instrument, Signal automated test and reall time data analysis and graphical display are presented. The design and application of the testing platform are described in detail. One example of testing characteristic of Electronic circuit is given at last.
