摘　　要：介绍莱钢棒材厂通过对Ф750mm单机架轧机工艺进行优化创新,设计科学合理的孔型系统,实现在单机架Φ750mm轧机轧制Ф120mm-Ф300mm系列圆钢,使圆钢产品系列化;对关键设备进行适应性改造,提升设备对生产的保障能力;新建推钢式连续加热炉,使大圆钢生产线具备了年产20万吨的产能。[Abstract]Laiwu Steel Bar Plant by φ750mm single stand mill process optimization and innovation design science reasonable pass system, Sin- gle Rack the φ750mm mill rolling φ120mm-φ300mm series of round steel round bar product serialization;adaptation, key equipment, lifting equip- ment production support capabilities; New Pusher-type continuous furnace, the big round steel production line with an annual output of 20 million tons of production capacity.
