摘 要:合成了磷酸酯型水溶性共聚物AA/AHPPE(丙烯酸 / 3 -烯丙氧基 - 2 -羟基 - 1 -磷酸单丙酯共聚物 )。经正交优化设计 ,单体烯丙基缩水甘油醚 (AGE)产率达 72 .3 % ,较文献值提高 6 .3 %。为增加聚合物的水溶性在聚合过程中改进了反应方式。This paper synthesized a new water soluble copolymer of phoshate AA/AHPPE, The synthetic condition of the monomer, allyl glycidyl ether (AGE), was optimized by the orthogonal design. The yield of AGE was 72.3%, higher than before. Furthermore, a new method of copolymerization was developed to sythesize copolymer AA/AHPPE in order to increase its water-solubility.The corrosion test showed that the concerted inhibitor composed of AA/AHPPE and concerted reagent PPM with inhibiting efficiency to A 3 steel higher than that composed of AA/AHPSE.
