摘　　要：继承回复请求权的消灭方式有二:一是继承回复请求权是有诉讼时效限制的,时效期间完成后,继承回复请求权就归于消灭而不再受法律的保护。二是继承人可以自由抛弃继承回复请求权使之消灭,但是不能在继承开始前预先抛弃。[Abstract]The exertion of the succession restoration right has the litigation time limited. Only in this period, when the inheritor appeal to the court, the inheritor could gain almsgiving. After the limitation, the inheritor would lose the lawsuit, and thus the succession restoration right perish. Also the succession restoration right would die out because of the succession wavier. But the succession restoration right couldn＇t he waved before the beginning of the succession, if not, the succession wavier would be of voidanee.
