摘  要:云南省金宝山低品位铂钯矿,是中国发现的唯一具有开采价值的原生铂矿资源。针对其浮选精矿研究了熔炼低锍-湿法选择性浸出分离镍铁铜,富集提取出贵金属精矿的火-湿法联合工艺流程,介绍了各工序主要技术条件和指标。该工艺实现了镍、铜、钴及8个贵金属元素的全面富集回收,还可综合利用副产铁红、硫酸锰等副产品,大部分废酸再生复用。为低品位铂矿综合利用提供了一种有实用价值的冶金新工艺。Jinbaoshan Pt - Pd ore in Yunnan Province contain low grades of Pt and Pd. It is the only pri- mary Pt and Pd ore in Chi.na worthy of being exploited. A combination of hydro - and pyro - metallurgy process was developed to concentrate and extract platinum group metal from the floation concentrate. This process involves smelting to obtain low matte and selective leaching to separate off Ni, Cu and Fe. The process conditions and the objective are given herein. All the eight elements in precious metals and Ni, Cu, and Co could be recovered by this process. In addition, several by -products, such as Fe203 and MnSO4 could also be produced. The used acids in the whole process could be cycled. It has been sugges- ted that this new process shoud been applied to the practical exploitation of Jinbaoshan Pt- Pd ore.
