摘 要:对比分析了现有的黏结力评价方法,开发了一种适合桥面层间黏结力测定的模拟实验仪.装置中,拉拔夹具持有用压力加载等效替换拉力加载的优点;剪切夹具持有选择任意剪切角、任意压力荷载做剪切试验的特点;实验台通过二次杠杆作用实现加载端荷载放大,杠杆放大倍数可达50倍;采用三种加载环境测试,试验运行良好。该实验仪组装方便、适用性强、加载性能稳定,可方便地应用于桥面层间黏结力试验及路面相关试验。To better complete simulation test on bridge deck interface adhesion stress,the evaluation mechanism was summarized and concluded,and evaluation methods were compared and analyzed.A simulated experimental apparatus for testing bridge deck interface adhesion stress was designed,which solved the problems of single function and high expense in traditional apparatus.In the new apparatus,drawing fixture replaces pull load with pressure load;shearing fixture can complete the test in any angle and with any pressure load;the experimental apparatus can magnify the strength on the loading end to 50 times with the help of the lever;this apparatus is tested in three different loading conditions,and perform well.With its convenient assembly,high applicability and stable loading performance,the apparatus can be used in bridge deck interface adhesion stress test and other related tests on road.
