摘　　要：介绍首届全国仪表维修工技术大赛串级回路试题,补充完成P&ID图,完成串级控制系统仪表盘后的二次接线,采用"两步法"对调节器进行PID参数整定,完成控制系统的投运操作,重点说明串级控制回路的投运及参数整定的实现。In this paper,the first national instrument repairing technical contest cascade loop test was introduced,the PID diagram and the cascade controlling system instrumentation and secondary wiring were completed.Besides,the ＂Two-step＂ method was used to adjust the parameter of the regulator PID,the commissioning operation of the control system was completed,and the commissioning of the cascade controlling return and the realization of the parameter of the regulator were especially illustrated.
