摘  要:为研究ABVN的热危险性及杂质对其影响,利用C600微量量热仪对ABVN及其混储系统的热分解进行试验探究。根据试验数据,得出了相应的动力学和热力学参数。利用Semenov热爆炸模型,计算出了自加速分解温度(SADT)。另外,利用BAM落锤仪和BAM摩擦仪对ABVN分别进行撞击感度和摩擦感度测试。结果表明:ABVN虽不是对撞击和摩擦敏感而不能运输,却是在常温下容易发生热失控的物质。水能使ABVN的活化能和SADT都降低;但是氢氧化钠,氧化铁和正丁醛等杂质会使ABVN的活化能和SADT增加,降低其热危险性。In order to study thermal hazard of ABVN and the influence of impurities, C600 trace calorimetric apparatus was used to make the experiment of the thermal decomposition of ABVN and mixed stor- age system. The corresponding kinetic and thermodynamic parameters based on experimental data were obtained. Semenov model was used to calculate the SADT. In addition, BAM drop instrument and BAM drop instrument were used to test impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity respectively; The results show that ABVN is not impact and friction sensitive material and can be transported, that under normal tempera- ture it prones to thermal runaway; the activation energy and SADT of ABVN can be reduced by water, and that the activation energy and SADT of ABVN can be made increased by impurities, such as sodium hydrate, ferric oxide and n-butyl aldehyde, and thermal hazard can be reduced.
