摘 要:在传统的电力设备监测诊断系统建设中,数据共享问题往往缺少很好的解决方案。在介绍基于公共信息模型(common information model,CIM)和组件接口规范(component interface specification,CIS)的信息整合技术基础上,提出一个基于CIM和CIS的电力设备监测诊断中心(以下简称中心)系统结构。通过扩展CIM,中心对功能位置模型、资产、技术参数、缺陷、试验等实体数据进行描述,为设备故障诊断提供了完整的数据来源。通过实现CIS,中心对外提供了模型、实时、历史和事件数据的访问接口,满足电力设备监测诊断中心的各类对象、电力系统运行数据、在线监测采集数据和事件告警数据的交互需求。实际应用表明基于CIM和CIS的电力设备监测诊断中心方案可行,降低了数据交换难度,加大了信息共享力度,总体上提高了电力设备监测诊断系统的水平。In establishment of conventional power equipment monitoring diagnosis system, there is always short of good solu- tions to data sharing. Therefore, this paper introduces intergration technology of common information model and compo- nent interface specification and proposes one power equipment monitoring diagnosis center (thereafter as the center) struc- ture based on CIM and CIS. By expanding CIM, this center describes those entity data including function position model, as- sets, technical parameters, defects and tests and provides complete data source for equipment fault diagnosis. By means of realizing CIS, the center provides visit interfaces for models, real time, historical and event data externally which can satisfy interactive requirements of all kinds of objects, operational data of power system, online monitoring acquisition data and e- vent alarm data of the center. Practical application shows that this power equipment monitoring diagnosis center program based on CIM and CIS is feasible which can reduce difficulty in data exchange, increase dynamics of information sharing and generally promote level of power equipment monitoring diagnosis system.
