摘  要:目的:建立GC-MS法测定动物性食品中15种兴奋剂残留量的新方法。方法:样品粉碎后经β-葡萄糖醛苷酶/芳基硫酸酯酶水解用乙酸钠缓冲溶液提取,SLW固相萃取柱净化,N,O双(三甲基硅基)三氟乙酰胺+三甲基氯硅烷(BSTFA+TMCS,99+1)衍生化。采用选择离子监控模式(SIM)检测,GC/MS测定测定其含量。结果:15种β-兴奋剂不同水平的加标回收率范围为76.2%~101.4%,相对标准偏差为2.65%~9.53%。结论:本方法选择性和灵敏度高,实用性强。Objective:Developing a method to determine 15 β-agonists in animal food by GC-MS(gas chromatograph mass spectrometer).Methods: The homogenized samples were digested byβ-glucuronidase /aryl sulfatase,and extracted with sodium acetate.Further cleanup was performed on a SLW cartridge and the purified drugs were derivatized with [N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl) trifluoroacetamide(BSTFA)-trimethylchlorosilane(TMCS),99+1],(SIM) method was applied for detection.Results: The average recovery were 76.2%~101.4%.The relative standard deviations were 2.65%~9.53%.Conclusion: The selectivity and the sensitivity of the method is high,the method is practical.
