子宫内膜异位症患者治疗前后血清CA125、TSGF检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症(EMT)患者治疗前后血清CA125、TSGF变化的临床意义。方法:将2007年1月-2010年12月收治的30例子宫内膜异位症患者为观察组,取同期经超声检查无异常(非月经期、非孕期)的健康妇女30例为对照组,比较2组患者治疗前后血清CA125、TSGF表达及阳性率。结果:治疗前EMT患者CA125、TSGF含量明显高于对照组(P<0.001),EMT患者CA125、TSGF单项检测与联合检测的阳性率均明显高于对照组(P<0.001),且联合检测的阳性率明显高于单一检测的阳性率(P<0.05);治疗后3个月EMT组CA125、TSGF含量与治疗前比较明显降低(P<0.05),与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:血清CA125、TSGF联合检测对子宫内膜异位症的诊断具有重要临床意义。Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of serum CA125 and TSGF in patients with endometriosis（EMT） before and after treatment.Methods： 30 endometriosis patients received from January 2007 to December 2010 as observation group and 30 healthy women as control group were involved in this study,the expression and positive rates of CA125 and TSGF in two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results： Before treatment,levels of CA125 and TSGF in endometriosis group were higher than those in control group（P0.001）,the positive rates of single detection and joint detection of CA125 and TSGF in EMT group were both higher than those in control group（P0.001）,and the positive rate of joint detection was higher than that of single detection（P0.05）.After treatment for 3 months,levels of CA125 and TSGF in endometriosis group were obvious lower than before treatment（P0.05）,which had no statistical difference with control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Serum CA125,TSGF joint detection has important clinical significance in diagnosis of endometriosis.
