冠心病患者甲状腺激素水平与血脂的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲状腺激素正常的冠心病患者中甲状腺激素与血脂的相关性。方法:选取我院117例冠心病患者,测定血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、甲状腺素(TT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)的水平。结果:男性组FT4与apoA1呈显著正相关(r=0.238,P<0.05);女性组TSH与apoA1呈显著负相关(r=-0.308,P<0.05)。结论:在甲状腺功能正常的冠心病患者中,甲状腺激素与血脂之间有一定的相关性。对甲状腺激素水平低的患者更应积极预防其并发心力衰竭。Objective：To investigate the relevance between serum thyroid hormone levels and lipid profile in euthyroid patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods： 117 patients with CHD were enrolled.The serum concentrations of TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4,TSH,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,apoA1 and apoB were measured.Results： The levels of FT4 in male group were significantly positively correlated with levels of apoA 1（r=0.238,P0.05）;the levels of TSH in female group were significantly negatively correlated with the levels of apoA1（r=-0.308,P0.05）.Conclusion： There were correlation between certain parameters of serum thyroid hormone levels and lipid profile in euthyroid patients with CHD.The thyroid hormone should be given more attention to prevent concurrent heart failure in patients with low thyroid hormone levels.
