摘　　要：随着医疗技术的不断发展,我院对治疗小腿严重创伤修复的适应证认识在不断地深入和提高,本文指出要提高小腿严重创伤治疗的满意度,首先要规范手术修复适应证的选择,根据伤情不断改进和优化手术术式和治疗方案,必须综合性治疗,对于无法保留和修复的伤肢,则果断采取截肢术。With the development of medical technology development, our Institute for the treatment of severe leg trauma repair indications in the continuous deepening and improving, this paper pointed out the need to improve the severe leg trauma treatment satisfaction. First to standardize operation to repair the choice of indication, and according to the condition of continuous improvement and optimization operation operation and treatment, must be integrated for treatment, unable to retain and repair of the injured limb amputation, is decisive.
