摘　　要：设计实现了一种兼有iButton阅读和数据采集功能的智能巡检仪。系统以MCS-51单片机为核心,配置8通道AD转换器采集现场传感器数据,采用512kB Flash存储器保存现场数据和巡检记录,配置1602LCD显示模块与按键实现人机对话,通过串行通信接口与上位机通信。利用Proteus、Keil及VSPD等工具仿真实现了iButton识读、模拟信号采集存储及系统与上位机的数据通信功能。An intelligent patrol instrument with functions of iButton reader and data acquisition is designed and implemented.The instrument uses MCS-51 microcontroller as control-core,adopts 8 channel AD converter to collect sensor data in industrial field.The data and patrol record is stored by 512kB Flash memory.3 keys and 1602 LCD module are used to achieve man-computer interactive,a serial port is used for data communication.The main functions of the instrument such as read- ing iButton,collecting and storing data of analog signal,data communicatin with upper computer,are simulated and imple- mented through co-simulation with Proteus and Keil,as well as with the help of VSPD,etc.
