摘　　要：介绍了啤酒污泥利用的几种方法 ,利用啤酒污泥中的营养成分 ,把啤酒污泥掺入到藻类培养基中 ,而生产藻类并开发藻类食品和蛋白饲料较好地解决了啤酒污泥的二次污染问题 。This paper introduces a few methods about uses of beer sludge. Mixing the beer sludge with the culture medium of spiruliua by making use of the nutrient of beer sludge, the authors produce spiruliua and develop its derivative food, protein feed, the second pollution of the beer sludge is solved. The methods have some economic and social benefits.
