功率变换新技术在现代通信电源设计中的应用

摘　　要：分析了现代功率变换器的发展状况、新技术及其特点 ,研究了电流型控制技术和移相全桥 ZVT软开关变换电路相结合设计开关电源应解决的主要问题 ,包括谐振电感、环路补偿和电流斜波补偿的设计 .给出了 4 8V/ 50Analyzes the development and the new techniques and their characteristics of the power converters.The main problems to design the switch type power supplies based on current mode control technique and phase shifted full bridge ZVT soft switch type converter are researched.These main problems are designs on resonant inductor and circle compensation and current ramp compensation. As an example,a designed switch type power supply used in communication and its test result are given.
