硬膜外针引导下腰麻在妊娠合并血小板减少患者行剖宫产术中的应用(附60例分析)

摘　　要：目的:为保障妊娠合并血小板减少的产妇及新生儿的安全,要求剖宫产术中有效的麻醉方法及管理。方法:选择PLT40～70×109/L的产妇60例,经硬膜外针引导下腰麻行剖宫产术。回顾性分析其在术中的麻醉及术后回访情况。结果:所有妊娠合并血小板减少的产妇术中术后均未发现并发症。结论:妊娠合并血小板减少的产妇据实际情况选择性实施经硬膜外针引导下腰麻行剖宫产术是安全可行的,但应充分评估病情及术前准备。Objective： In order to guarantee the pregnancy merge blood platelet decrease maternal and neonatal safety ,request for cesarean section in effective anesthesia method and management. Methods：60 cases of maternal platelets less than seven hundred thousand. The epidural needle guided lumbar anesthesia for cesarean section. Retrospective analysis of the intraoperative anesthesia and postoperative visit. Results： all pregnancy merge blood platelet decrease malernal intraoperative and postoperative complications were not found. Conclusion： with thrombocytopenia in pregnancy maternal according to actual condition, selective implementation of the epidural needle guided lumbar anesthesia for cesarean sec- tion is safe and feasible. But should fully evaluate the severity and preoperative preparation.
