摘　　要：目的:探讨1型糖尿病患者的心理特点及护理方法。方法:对16例糖尿病患儿进行回顾性总结,分析1型糖尿病患者的心理特点,实施针对性心理护理和健康教育。结果:通过实施心理护理,提高了患儿对治疗的依从性,使血糖保持理想水平。结论:有针对性地实施心理护理,能解除患儿的不良心理状态,促进康复。Objective：To explore the psychological characteristics in patients with type 1 diabetes and nursing methods. Methods： 16 cases of children with diabetes were retrospectively summarized, analysis of patients with type 1 diabetes psychological characteristics, the implementation of targeted psychological care and health education. Resuits： improved with treatment compliance, to maintain a desired level of blood glucose. Conclusion： the implementation of targeted psychological care,to better match the treatment and nursing care.
