摘　　要：目的调查云南某部旱蚂蟥危害,现场观察旱蚂蟥驱避药物的效果、安全性、使用便捷性。方法采用线路调查法,对参加过边防巡逻人员全额调查,药物驱避以现场人员随机分组,喷洒衣物计算防叮咬率。结果云南某部边防官兵旱蚂蟥平均叮咬率为78.1%,0.05%制剂对旱蚂蟥KT50为2.7 min,喷洒衣物防叮咬率为100%,持效4 h以上,并无不良反应。结论云南某地旱蚂蟥危害严重,该剂是一种有效、安全、使用简便的旱蚂蟥驱杀药物。Objective To investigate the harm of land leech, observe the efficacy, safety,convenience of using the land leech repellent in field in a certain unit in Yunnan. Methods Using the reconnaissance survey,in full consultation with the frontier patrol, randomized method was used in field test of the repellent, calculating the bite rate of subjects by spraying clothing with the repellent. Results The average bites rate was 78. 1% ,and the KT5 of 0. 05% repellent was 2.7 rain, and put off 100% bites and more than four hours could be reached with spraing clothing by the repellent,which had no adverse reactions. Conclusion The harm of land leech is serious,the land leech repellent is an effective, safe, convenient for use in practice in Yunnan certain unit.
