摘  要:目的合成羟哌酯并测定其药效。方法 2-羟乙基哌啶和氯甲酸仲丁酯反应制备羟哌酯,按照GB/T 13917.9-2009方法对其进行实验室和现场药效测试。结果 2-羟乙基哌啶和氯甲酸仲丁酯反应制备羟哌酯,摩尔收率为82%;实验室药效测试20%羟哌酯0.240 mg/cm2剂量,对白纹伊蚊有效保护时间为11h,现场应用对蚊虫有效保护时间为9 h。结论羟哌酯化学性质稳定,驱蚊效果好,使用安全,生产成本低,作为防蚊驱避剂具有很好的应用前景。Objective To synthesis repellent bayrepe] and evaluate its repelleney against mosquitoes. Methods Bayrepel was synthesized from 2-hydroxyethyl pyridine by reaction with chloride carboxylic acid 1-methylpropyl ester. Efficacy test of bayrepel was conducted by GB/T 17322.10 - 1998. Results Bayrepel was prepared and the mole yield was 80% ;laboratory tests showed that the protection time of 20% bayrepel was 11 h against Aecles albopictus with the quantity of O. 24 mg/cm2 , field tests showed that the protection time of 20% bayrepel was 9 h against mosquitoes. Conclusion Bayrepel is an good repellent with the property of highly stable, more effective,low toxicity, low cost,it has a good prospect for protection against mosouitoes.
