摘 要:目的观察硫酰氟对有害生物的杀灭效果。方法采用直接吸入染毒法,观察动物中毒时间及死亡情况,并经过模拟现场实验和集装箱现场验证。结果硫酰氟施药剂量为15 g/m3时对实验室内害虫的KT50均在30 min内,3 g/m3的KT50均在250 min内。模拟现场和集装箱现场实验中,每种试靶动物在预定的施药剂量和熏蒸作用时间击杀率均达100%,与实验室结果相符。且实验室及现场内的24 h死亡率均达100%。结论阐明硫酰氟杀灭靶标昆虫在不同剂量及作用时间的关系,为今后集装箱熏蒸工作中设定正确的投药量与时间提供了科学依据。Objective To observe the disinsecting effcacy of sulfuryl fluoride. Methods Through the direct inspiration contamination law, the poisoning time and the death situation were observed, which then verified under simulated scenes and field trial. Results Sulfuryl fluoride were fumigated with the concentration of 15 g/m^3 to the 3 kinds of harmful insects in the laboratory. KTs0 was within 30 rain, concentration of 3 g/m63 KT50 was within 250 min. In the laboratory, simulated scenes and field trial, the 24 hours mortality rates reached 100%. Conclusion The relationship between dose and duration of sulfuryl fluoride to kill insect and extinguishes mouse is clarified, provi- ding the reference dose and duration in the future container fumigation.
