摘 要:目的了解柳州市区内蚊、蝇、蟑和鼠等病媒生物密度及其消长规律,为柳州市制定病媒生物防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法鼠类外环境采用目测鼠迹法,室内采用粘鼠板法;蚊类居民区和单位采用容器指数法,大型水体采用勺捕法;蝇类室内采用粘捕法,室外采用目测法;蟑类采用粘蟑纸法进行监测。结果 2009-2011年,鼠密度指数由0.048只/块逐步降低至0.006只/块,外环境的鼠密度指数由38.43处鼠迹数/2 000 m降低到0.53处鼠迹数/2 000 m;居民区和单位蚊密度指数由44.56%降低至1.58%,大型水体的密度指数由2.899%降低到0.001%;蝇密度指数由2.97只/条降低至0.03只/条;蟑类密度指数由0.283只/张降低至0.008只/张。结论柳州市病媒生物密度控制较好,已基本达到国家卫生城标准,采取的控制措施效果明显。Objective To investigate the growth and decay trend of mosquito, fly, cockroach and mouse, and provide scientific foundation for establishing control and prevention measures and tactics. Methods The container index method and fly paste were conducted to monitor the density of mosquitoes and flies respectively, as well as the rat paste and cockroach paste for rats and cockroaches. Results During 2009 to 2011, the density index of rats were decreased from 0. 048 to 0.006 pieces and the density index of mosquitoes were decreased from 44.56% to 1.58%, and then the density index of flies were 2.97 to 0.03 pieces, the density index of cockroach was from 0. 283 to 0. 008 pieces. Conclusion The density of vector in Liuzhou is declined sharply during three years, and has reached the controlled standards of national sanitary city ; the measures which are adopted to control vector have produced an obvious result.
