青海玉树地震灾区防疫保障措施效果观察

摘　　要：目的做好部队进入地震灾区鼠疫自然疫源地防疫保障措施,严防部队疫情发生。方法派出防疫保障小组遂行部队,走访沿线及震区疾病预防控制机构,收集资料,调查分析,全面做好抗震救灾部队卫生防疫措施的落实。结果玉树灾区鼠疫自然疫源地的宿主动物种类较多,人间鼠疫以狩猎旱獭等染疫动物为主要传播途径,以直接接触为感染方式。病例多散在发生,病死率较高。各项卫生防疫保障措施在救灾部队得到严格落实,截止2012年6月,抗震救灾及灾后重建部队未发生一起疫情。结论部队进入鼠疫自然疫源地,普及防护知识,普遍接种疫苗,及时采取一系列的防疫保障措施是极其有效的。Objective To implement preventive measures before troops entering plague focus of natural infection, and avoid epidemics occurring in troops. Methods To send preventive teams to troops, visiting agency of disease control and prevention, collecting data and analyzing, making out preventive measures and being implemented in troops. Results There were many kinds of plague hosts in natural epidemic focus of Yushu, it consisted of the variety of the propagation of plague. Human plague resulted from marmota hunting; the major infectious way was direct contact. Conclusion Before army enters focus of natural infection, protection knowledge should be popularized. On the other hand, preventive vaccination should be administered, and reaching the focus of natural infection, a series of preventive measures should be taken at once.
