摘　　要：目的探讨电话随访对消化性溃疡患者出院后遵医行为及溃疡复发的影响。方法将70例消化性溃疡患者按出院日期单双日分为观察组与对照组,每组各35例。对照组患者实施常规出院宣教,观察组患者在常规出院宣教基础上实施出院后电话随访。12个月后比较两组患者治疗依从性及溃疡复发情况。结果观察组患者遵医行为明显优于对照组,溃疡复发率明显低于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论电话随访能有效提高消化性溃疡患者出院后遵医行为,降低消化性溃疡复发率。Objective To investigate the effect of phone call follow-up on medical compliance and relapsing ulcers of patients with peptic ulcers.Methods 70 patients with peptic ulcers were equally divided into the observation group and control group according to their odd or even number of registration.The control group received regular discharge instruction,while the observation group was followed up on telephone besides the regular discharge instruction.The two groups were compared in terms of medical compliance and relapsing ulcers 12 months later.Results The patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group in medical compliance and the relapse rate of ulcers was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The phone call follow-up after discharge is effective in enhancing the medical medication of patients with peptic ulcers and lowering the relapse rate of peptic ulcers.
