摘　　要：目的探讨家庭指导对青光眼术后患者眼压及生活质量的影响。方法将84例青光眼患者随机分为进行家庭指导的干预组和传统知识宣传的对照组,每组各42例。术后对患者眼压、生活质量(quality of life,QOL)进行测评。结果术后1年干预组患者的眼压低于对照组,QOL各因子及总分高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对青光眼术后患者进行家庭指导能有效控制青光眼患者的眼压和提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of family nursing intervention on intraocular tension and Cluality of life after operation in patiants with glaucoma. Methods 84 patients with glaucoma were randomized into intervention and control groups with equal number： the former received family nursing intervention and the latter receive education of routine nursing knowledge. The intraocalar tension and the quality of life were measured and evaluated after one year. Result The intraocular tension of the intervention nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05） and the scores of quality of life was higher （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The family nursing intervention after operation on glaucoma may be effective for controlling the intraocular tension and improving their quality of life.
