网络考核系统在护理理论培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨网络考核系统在护理理论培训的应用效果。方法建立网络培训考核系统,借助网络平台辅助理论培训,开通理论考试题库在线练习,采取集中网络考试方式。比较网络考核系统实施前后护理人员理论考核成绩合格率的差异,同时调查护理人员对培训方式的反馈情况。结果网络考核系统实施后护理人员理论考核合格率为98.4%,网络考核系统实施前为83.2%,实施前后比较,χ2=93.980,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。科室集中讲授与自学和在线练习的理论培训方式最受护理人员欢迎。结论借助网络考核系统的培训方式,不仅提高了护理人员的理论知识水平,而且保证了临床工作正常运转,从而提高护理质量。Objective To explore the effects of the online examine system in training for nursing theories.Methods The online examine system was established to assist the professional theoretical training.The corpus for theoretical exams was developed to provide them with online exercises.The examinations were held online so that the nurses could decide when to take exams.The scores on theoretical exams online were compared to those before the implementation of online learning and exams.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the attitudes of the nurses to online training.Result After the implementation of online examine system,98.4% of the nurses were qualified in the theoretical examination,significantly higher than 83.2% before its implementation（？字2 = 93.980,P 〈0.01）.Conclusion The online examine system may enhance the nurses＇ theoretical knowledge,ensure the smooth operation of clinical work and improve the quality of nursing.
