摘 要:目的探讨健康教育对首发肝豆状核变性患者照顾者的影响。方法对63例首发肝豆状核变性患者的63名照顾者在干预前采用汉密顿焦虑评分量表(hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)及相关疾病知识调查问卷进行调查,了解照顾者心理状况及相关知识掌握情况,然后给予实施针对性的健康教育。比较健康教育前后照顾者心理状况及相关疾病知识掌握情况。结果健康教育干预前后照顾者对疾病相关知识掌握情况比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01),干预后照顾者在疾病知识、留取24h尿铜方法、药物治疗知识、饮食知识、安全护理知识掌握情况明显优于干预前;干预前后照顾者焦虑发生率与焦虑得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01),干预后照顾者焦虑发生率及得分明显低于干预前。结论健康教育能提高首发肝豆状核变性患者照顾者对疾病知识的掌握水平,缓解其不良心理状态,从而促进患者积极配合治疗。Objective To investigate the effect of health education on caretakers of first-time hepatolenticular degeneration.Methods 63 caretakers for patients with first-time hepatolenticular degeneration were included in the research.Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Disease Knowledge Questionnaire were used for investigation among them at the time of admission and after health education.Psychological status and caretakers' levels of mastering the knowledge before and after the heath education were compared.Results The level of mastering the disease knowledge were significantly increased among the caretakers after educational intervention(P 〈0.05).Scores on HAMA were significantly lower among the caretakers after educational interventions(P 〈0.01).Conclusions Health education is beneficial for the caretakers for the patients with first-time hepatolenticular degeneration.It may facilitate the mastery of disease-related knowledge and alleviate the adverse psychological states and thus can promote the cooperation from the patients actively with the medical management.
