摘  要:通过对整体淬火和局部高频淬火预处理后 4 0Cr、T1 0钢超塑焊接接头变形量和焊缝非焊合区线长度的测量 ,探讨了接头变形与焊合率变化规律及其与组织性能间的关系。试验表明 :在超塑焊接过程中 ,形成与母材等强接头时的应变量小于 6%~ 7% ,高频淬火试样焊后应变甚至小于 3 % ,易于实现精密焊接 ;接头焊合率随时间延长而增加 ,当焊合率达到临界值 ( 65%~ 70 % )后 ,接头可与母材等强 ,在相同工艺条件下 ,高频淬火试样的焊合率大于整体淬火试样。The relationship between welding deformation, welding on rate and microstructure in super plastic welding (SPW) is investigated by measuring the weld deformation and linear length of non welding on zone in the joints of 40Cr and T10 pretreated by cyclic quenching or partially high frequency quenching. The results indicate that the specimen quenched cyclically is compressed evenly in the process of SPW, while the deformation of the high frequency quenched sample concentrates on weld zone. The deformation in equal strength joint of the former specimen is about 6%~7%, and that of the latter is smaller than 3%.The value means that fine welding is easy to do by SPW. The welding on rate increases with welding time. When the rate reaches a critical value (about 65%~70%) equal strength joint can be gotten. The welding on rate of the latter is higher than that of the former in the same condition.
