摘  要:机械零件在随机载荷作用下产生疲劳失效。本文建立随机疲劳失效的多维概率模型。论述推导机械零件疲劳失效分布的随机模拟公式。用等效寿命蒙特卡洛法在计算机上进行模拟统计和可靠性分析 ,加快收敛速度 ,提高实验精度。并结合实例 ,计算出轴类零件随机疲劳极限应力的可靠度 ,证明了此方法是可行的。The machine parts occurred fatigue failures under the actions of random loads. In this paper, multidimensional probability model of random fatigue failure was established and the random simulating formula of failure distribution function was deduced. By using the method named RCAD of MSC, we proceeded the simulating statistics and reliability analysis of machine parts on computer to accelerate the speed of convergence and advance the precision of simulation. Taking generator shaft as a simulating example, we calculated the reliability of random fatigue limit stress. The relative error was less than 0.03%. It was shown that the method was practical.
