摘  要:目的探讨槲皮素对大鼠睾丸扭转复位后睾丸缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法54只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组:A组为假手术对照组,B组为睾丸扭转复位组,C组为睾丸扭转复位+槲皮素组。Tumer法建立睾丸扭转复位模型。复位前30min给予槲皮素腹腔灌注,复位6h后取术侧睾丸标本,光镜下观察其病理形态变化,睾丸功能评分(Makler评分)评估其生精功能,测定睾丸MDA含量;留取血液标本观察血清性激素水平变化。结果(1)睾丸组织形态结构方面:A组组形态结构正常,无明显炎细胞浸润。与A组比较,B组生精上皮厚薄不均,排列紊乱,炎细胞增多;C组生精上皮变薄,可见少量炎细胞。(2)Makler评分及血清性激素水平方面:与B组比较,A、c组Makler评分较高(P〈0.01),MDA含量较低(P〈0.05),卯泡刺激素水平(FSH)较低(P〈0.05),黄体生成素(LH)水平较低(P〈0.05),血清睾酮(T)水平较高(P〈0.05)。结论缺血再灌注损伤会引起睾丸形态、功能不同程度的下降;槲皮素对缺血再灌注损伤状态下的睾丸形态结构和功能损伤具有保护作用。Objective To investigate the effects of quercetin(QE) on testicular torsion/detorsion-induced ischaemia-reperfusion(I/R) injury in rats. Methods In total 54 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into Group A (the control) ,Group B (testicular torsion/detorsion group) and Group C[testicular torsion/detorsion and quercetin (QE) group] respectively. Testicular torsion was created by rotating the left testis 720 ~ in a clockwise direction. The histologi- cal morphology was observed by light microscopy and the spermatogenesis function was evaluated by Makler score Levels of MDA in testis and the levels of serum sexual hormone were detected. Results Compared with Group B the tissue structure morphology was normal in Group A, and testicle tissue damage in Group C reduced. The testicle functional grade in Group A and C elevated (P〈0.01), MDA content lowered(P〈0.05). The follicle estrin level decreased (P〈0.05). The luteotropic level decreased and the serum testosterone level elevated(P〈0.05). Conclusion Testicular torsion/detorsion-induced ischaemia-reperfusion injury might cause abnormal testicle morphology and depression its function to some extent. QE has a protective effect on testicular torsion/detorsion-induced ischaemia-reperfusioninjury.
