摘　　要：尽管2012年的中国商用车尤其是重卡市场不容乐观，但一些企业却依然满怀信心做好自己的事情。只有在“寒冬”中积蓄能量，方能在未来复苏中占得先机。在中国润滑油市场打拼多年的埃克森美孚深知这一道理。Nov.7,2012, Exxon Mobil (Tianjin)Co.,Ltd held a grand ceremony to mark the groundbreaking of the expansion project of its lubricate oil production factory in Tianjin. The expansion project will also build many relevant infrastructures for base oil and additives production, which will increase 80% production capacity in total. After completion in late 2013 expectedly, the company will increase overall production capability of various vehicle models, commercial and industrial lubricate oils.
